AAFM National Meeting October 2022
Registration extended to Friday, Sept 9th for the AAFM 2022 National Meeting.
Are your friends registered? Look at the "Registered" link to the left to see who is already registered, and who you need to encourage to come.
Reservations - Make your hotel reservations directly with one of two hotels: the Hyatt House Salt Lake City Downtown or the Marriott Courtyard Salt Lake City Downtown. Click on your chosen hotel to register; the rate is $139, including breakfast each morning and on site parking. If you choose to register via phone, the number for both hotels is 801-875-4677 - AF Missileers is the code.
Note:
- All dinners and the membership meeting will be held at the Marriott Courtyard (rooms are all doubles)
- The Hyatt is offering all king beds with refrigerator
Staying elsewhere? - If you are staying in a motor home, other hotel or with friends, or live in the area, you can still attend any or all of the events. Complete the reservation form for the events you would like to attend. Check with the front desk for parking permits.
Hospitality Suite - Open every day when no other activities are scheduled, with snacks and refreshments. Registration fee covers suite operation.
Attire - Casual dress for all events except for the Banquet: business casual (open collar shirts, coats optional, no jeans)
Special Needs - Let us know of any special diet needs, handicapped access, etc.

- $35 after that. Registration closes September 9

1300 - Registration, Hospitality Suite opens
1800 - 2100 Welcome Reception - hors d'oeuvres and pay as you go bar, $25 per person.
Thursday, 6 October
Breakfast (included in room rate)
0900 - 1600 Buses depart hotel for Hill AFB Minuteman tour and Hill AFB Museum dedication - $48 for bus & lunch per person.
1800 - 2100 Dinner at the hotel with pay as you go bar - $30 per person.
Friday, 7 October
Breakfast (included in room rate)
0900 - 1600 Buses depart hotel for Sentinel tour at Hill AFB and Promontory Point. $48 for bus & lunch per person.
1800 - 2100 Dinner at the hotel with pay as you go bar - $35 per person
Saturday, 8 October
Breakfast (included in room rate)
0730 - 0830 Board of Directors Meeting
0900 - 1100 General Membership Meeting
1200-1330 Lunch - $20 per person.
1200 - 1600 Open time for small group meetings, unit reunions, etc. Member, see this page for unit contacts. Non-members, email webmaster@afmissileers.org to ask if your unit is represented.
1800 - 2200 AAFM National Dinner with guest speaker and pay as you go bar. $62 per person, choice of steak, chicken, or vegetarian
