    Comment: As a Missileer in the late 1960's we would not have expected this to unfold.  Question now after this rebellion is who Controls Russia and especially the nuclear weapons?  Restated:  Will Putin remain in control?  What will happen with Ukraine?  How will NATO and EU handle this dynamic situation?
